Before you throw AI at your business problem, take a moment to think. AI can be powerful – but only when it\u2019s the right tool, with the right data, for the right task.
Here are 5 questions every organisation should ask before diving into an AI project:
1\ufe0f\u20e3 What problem are we solving, and is AI the best solution?<\/strong>
Not everything needs AI. Could process redesign or analytics do the job better, faster, or cheaper?

2\ufe0f\u20e3 Do we have the right data?<\/strong>
AI is only as good as the data you feed it. Ask: Is it clean? Representative? Accessible?
Too little or biased data = bad results, no matter how fancy the model.

3\ufe0f\u20e3 How will we measure success?<\/strong>
Avoid fuzzy goals. Define your KPIs up front – whether it’s reducing cost, improving speed, or increasing accuracy. Know what “good enough” looks like before you start.

4\ufe0f\u20e3 What are the risks, and how do we mitigate them?<\/strong>
Bias. Privacy. Legal compliance. Explainability. These aren\u2019t afterthoughts – they are essentials for success… Plan for them from day one.

5\ufe0f\u20e3 Who will actually use and maintain it?<\/strong>
If it\u2019s not integrated into day-to-day workflows, it won\u2019t stick. Think about adoption, training, and ownership early.
